- There are two stages in the Computer-based Test conducted by the SSC.

SSC CPO 2020 Paper I Syllabus
As discussed earlier, SSC is conducting the Central Police Recruitment exam in 2020. The Commission has released the SSC CPO Syllabus in its notification which is available on the website. SSC CPO 2022 Paper II Syllabus
This exam will only have objective-type questions. There will be 200 MCQs in this exam for a total of 200 marks. You have to score the cut-off marks in this exam to rank in the final merit list. SSC CPO Exam Pattern 2022
The SSC CPO Recruitment 2022 has 4 stages of selection – Paper I, Physical Standard Test (PST)/ Physical Endurance Test (PET), Paper-II, and a Detailed Medical Test to qualify. Both Paper I and Paper II will have a negative marking of 0.25 for every incorrect answer. Refer to the tables below to know the detailed exam pattern for both SSC CPO Paper I and Paper-II.

- Running 1.6 km race in 6.5 min
- Running 100 meters race in 16 sec
- High Jump of 1.2 meters in around 3 chances
- Long Jump: 3.65 metres in 3 chances
- Shot put (16 Lbs): 4.5 meters in three chances
SSC CPO Physical Endurance Test For Female Candidates
- Running 100 metres race in 18 seconds
- Running 800 metres in 4 minutes
- High Jump: 2.7 metre in three chances
- Long Jump: 0.9 metre in three chances
